Terms of use — current site facts

The public file is free. Operator tiers are proposed and checkout is closed.

Submitted listings are review-gated and labeled unverified. Review does not verify every listing detail or guarantee current availability.

Source data remains the property of its issuing sources.

A waitlist request creates no account, does not charge, and does not provision operator access.

Retention periods and effective date are being finalized.
