Current form disclosures

• Operator access: the waitlist records an email and selected tier for access review. Checkout is closed; the request does not create a workspace or charge, and email delivery is not active.
• Course readiness: the form states that email, consent, request date, page origin, and disabled delivery status are stored. The request is separate from report requests and Spaces addresses.
• Report availability: the form states that email, consent, request date, and page of origin are stored; address searches are not attached. The request does not reserve a report, create an account, or send an email.
• Road and listing submissions: confirmation and review are required before publication. Reporter email and precise road-report location are not shown publicly; listing contact email is kept out of the public listing.
